question marks in the body of my email

Hello,
I have a problem with incoming mail from my friends that are writing to me
from China. The body of the email has question marks "?" between the rows of
the text. It looks like each time the enter key is struck, Outlook is filling
in the email with "?" How can I have the question marks removed from the body
of these incoming emails?

Here is an example of the text problems I'm having within the body of my
emails. The sender is sending the email from China, I don't have this problem
from emails sent to me from my friends in the states:

Damien,
?
Message received and confirmed, we are awaiting for further instruction.
?
The order was ready this morning in燲iamen warehouse under our control.
?

I figured out the problem. I recently downloaded AVG Free Software and there
was a conflict in the setup.
