I sent a newsletter on September 7, attached as a .pdf file. It has stayed
in my outbox since that time and I cannot delete it or get it to complete
sending. I have tried to open it and I get the message that indicates it
cannot open because it has already started transmitting. Outlook 2003 -
thank-you so much for any advice :)
