On the right of my screen is the to do Bar and at the bottom where my to do
list is supposed to be  it shows the following:  'The Operation failed. An
object could not be found'..any idea what the problem is and how I can fix
it...?
BTW I'm using Vista (although it worked previously so that should not be the
issue)

Hope someone can help........   Simon :-)

When you search the KB you will find at least 30 different causes for this
error. Do so. Read them. Only you will know which will apply to you because
only you know the steps you used to create the problem. There is nothing in
your post that would permit anyone else to hazard a guess.

Well,....
             I certainly didn't find 30 different causes...........just one
(a corrupted profile which is now sorted) and if I knew how it had become
corrupted I could have fixed it earlier couldn't I? without bothering you

Do you think you could point me to the KB article number?
