How do you wipe the email prompts when typing names in a new email?
Old, unused email addresses still appear as drop down options when I start
to type the name of the recipient.

Hi Adam,

what you mean is the "autocomplete" function of Outlook.

Have a look on this site for further information, also how to "edit" this
function/list:

Maybe it helps.
