Hi,

In my Outlook when an email is received there is a pop-up box that appears
in the lower right had section of the screen that you can click on to see the
full email.  An associate does not have this feature installed.

How can we add that to her Outlook?  Thanks

In Outlook go to Tools>Options>Preferences tab>Email Options button>Advanced
Email Options button

Check the "Display a New Mail Desktop Alert" check box.

Same version of Outlook?  Click Tools>Options>E-mail Options>Advanced E-mail
Options and check "Display a New Mail Desktop Alert"
