We are using Windows 2003, Exchange 2003 and we mainly use Outlook 2002 and a
few Outlook 2003.  This specific customer we are having issue with is using
Outlook 2002.  We are able to send new email and forward emails to this
individual without any problems.  However, when we REPLY and REPLY TO ALL and
this specific customer is one of the recipients, the sender receives an error
message indicating this one customer is not reachable.  I have looked in the
properties of Outlook and Exchange and nothing appears to look out of the
ordinary.  HELP!!!

Is the user on your Exchange directory, or is it on the outside?

User is a normal Exchange/AD client using the Outlook 2002 client on their
workstation.  We have about 150 clients using Outlook 2002 and a few using
Outlook 2003 client.  Only this one person is seeming to have issues at this
time.
