Outlook 2002 Fails to display contents of email

The complete message is not displayed in Outlook, but is displayed in Outlook

The entire reply text. I sent an email to a friend, she replied above the
original message. Her reply was not visible in Outlook 2002 (all update,  
etc). I could view the text on the Comcast.net web mail and in OLE 6.0

Do you have any sort of antivirus scanner integrated with Outlook?  If so,
uninstall the program and reinstall without the mail integration.  See if
that helps.

I'll give it a try. I'm using Mailwasher Pro and ZoneAlarm Suite which has
antivirus.
