This has to be somewhere...but I searched and didnt find it...I know I have done this and cant figure out how i did it...

Here is the issue....

I use Journaling...ALOT...like FOR EVERY WORK CONTACT....anyway..Sometimes I have a case where a new email address is used for a contact whether it is theirs or an associate...I need to add that person to the journal so that all their emails get journaled too...that way when I write up something.  I can just refer to my journal and bam its all there...This is not happening...I get an email in...I am assigning it the Catigory...the contact and then nothing...its not being journaled w/ that contact...so where is my hicup?

HELP?  How do I assign these new Emails to Journal w/ these old contacts?

TIA

Bud

If I'm understanding you question correctly you want 1 contact who might have
multiple e-mail accounts to have journal tracking enabled for all the e-mail
accounts they might be using/sending you mail from?

You can open a contacts details from the contacts tab. where the block
titled E-MAIL is at there is a small carrat to the right of it before the
text entry box - when you click on that you can select to assign a second or
third e-mail address to a single contact. in this case the journal will treat
any incoming email from that list of 3 as something to associate to that
specific contact.

Hope that helps.
