Hello,

We are planning on rolling out Outlook 2007 next week. We are currently
testing the system, and the issue we have is that we run Office 2000 still,
namely Word 2000.  What specific issues will arise because of this?

On the test system, I only selected certain components and negated the
generic Word components Office wanted to installed, and I can see test emails
with HTML fine.

However, rather risk a nightmare of tech support/compatbility issues..should
we just upgrade to Office 2007 right now as well?  Or can we use Word 2000
fine?

Is there documentation showing this?

How come I got it to work with Outlook Web access then?

Outlook Web Access 1) isn't Outlook but a feature of Exchange that gives you
an HTML interface directly into your Exchnage mailbox and 2) doesn't use
Word at all.
