I accidentally hit a few keys while attempting to use a keyboard shortcut
within an Outlook 2003 e-mail message and the pc started reading it back to
me.  What keystrokes would do that as I would like to repeat the process.

Thank you

In Windows Help and Support feature, enter "speech".  Read all about it.
It's not an Outlook feature, per se.
