Sent Button also gone .Can't send e-mail > Sent Button also gone .Can't send e-mail Check your account settings. If they all look good, then close Outlook and delete the (hidden) file %AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook\yourprofile.srs. Start Outlook again and see if it makes a difference.
