How do I link my task list to a coworker's task list?  My boss wants to see
my task list on his task list, BUT, he does not need to edit any of my tasks,
AND, he does not want to own my tasks.  He knows I can put them on his
calendar, but he prefers to see them on the task list so he can see a list of
all my project due dates.  My task list is easy for me to use as I work on
projects on and offline.

You can share it  (folder properties) and he can open it separately in
his Outlook (assuming its through exchange).
I don't know if you can overlay them or not though.
