Macro to insert a simple sentence in an e-mail

Can someone tell me how to create a macro that allows me to print the same
sentence in an outlook item (like a sentence in the notes sentence of a
contact)?

quick parts is great for that - it's in Outlook 2007. Which version do you
have??
