User has Outlook 2002 SP2.  For the past two weeks she shuts off Preview Pane
in Deleted Items.  However, the next day when she reopens Outlook it is back
ON.

I did a takeover and observed her turn it off.  We closed Outlook and did a
complete shut down.  She started up, logged in and opened Outlook and the
Preview Pane was still off in Deleted Items.  However, she again shut down at
the end of the day and the next it the darn thing was back ON again.  What
could be causing this and how do we get it off?

My apologies; I had that wrong.  It is the AUTOPREVIEW pane that will not
stay off in the Deleted Items folder.
