Nope. Pretty sure it's the quicklaunch on the task bar. It's a real
annoying issue. Only thing I can find on the net about it is this link from
techrepublic, but no one has responded to him. He's having the same issue I
am, except he wants his off, i want mine on.

Found another link regarding the issue. Another person has outlook
automatically creating the outlook shortcut on the quicklaunch. He's
complaining about it. I want my machines to do the same as his.
