French listed as language in Outlook Express

after installing Office 2007 my language is listed as French under the tools,
spelling,language.  There is no other option and this has caused my spell
checker in outlook express to not function correctly.

Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup.  This isn't one.  Try
microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general.
