Let's say I'm logged into to my MS Exchange email account, and someone else
also logged into my account, would I be able to tell?  Would Outlook make a
sound or something, that lets me know someone just logged into my email?  I
don't have a password, but that's another story.  I'm really curious to know.
Can anyone give me an answer?

Much obliged,

No, you wouldn't be able to tell.  However you might notice an oddity where
messages that you have not seen/read are magically marked read.
