In our office we have a customer services email which is reviewed by the
executive officer only.  She then redirects all of the emails to the proper
assistant director to respond to the question.  We need to remain annonymous
when replying to our clients. The other problem, while everyone in our office
is using microsoft outlook, our exec is using Eudora.  I saw the replies of
how to remove our emails in the discussion. However, can we create a delegate
access just from our email accounts or does it have to be done through the
exec's computer.

Thanks

Your Exchange admin can set Send As permissions on the mailbox instead of
Send On Behalf Of permissions.

I've got no clue what you are asking in your second question. If you're
asking how permissions work in Outlook see;
