Hi,

Can anyone help me? I want to give someone READ ONLY access to my Outlook 2003 Mailbox but I do not want to share each folder (there are alot!) individually.  Is there anyway I can achieve this in one go?  My back-end system is Exchange 2007, I realise you can give FULL ACCESS in the Exchange Management shell.

thanks in advance.

Steve.
