I have tried and do thorough research on these, but can't find the answers...
please advise:

1. is there a way to have subcategories in the categories?
2. my notes are too large.  already tried the tools > options > note size,
and for some reason a new note takes up the whole screen.  Also, while a note
is open, what is the keyboard short cut to pull up the file menu?  I want to
quickly assign categories.
3. my autotext disappears after a couple days.  Keep redoing, and it keeps
disappearing.
4. is there an option where the reminders keep playing a sound, instead of
just once?
5. is there a way to redirect (as in eudora) messages so that the from
address is from the person who sent it to you? eg person A sends me message
I send to person B so that when person B replies, it knows to go to person A,
not me.
6. is there a way to see all items (notes, tasks, emails, etc) that belong
to a single category quickly?
7. how can i display all names while typing in an email address?  names seem
to disappear after awhile.
