transfer contacts, folders, & mail from old to new version of out.

I have outlook 2000 and downloaded the trial std version of office.  how do i
transfer the data on my present version of outlook to my new one?  I know 2
versions cannot exist on one computer.  I don't want top lose all the info on
OL 2000.  How do i do it?

Posted here on a daily basis.
The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
