How to prevent message recalls

We have a 2k3 domain and exchange server. In my personal outlook is there a
way i can prevent users from recalling messages that are sent to me even if i
haven't read them yet?

You have nothing to worry about because the message recall function doesn't
work about 99.9% of the time.
