When replying to any message, the original font is lost and changes to Times
New Roman.
Is there some change that I can make so that the originak message retains
it's font and layout formats?

Thanks

Check and change the settings in Tools, options, Mail Format, Fonts.

Thanks, but I had already tried to do this.
Originally all fonts were set to Arial and this didn't hence my posting the
question.
I've even repeated the actions using comic sans and still the same thing
happens.

Any other suggestions?

Did you ever get an answer to this question?  I am having the same problem
and have tried everything I can think of.
