When replying to any message, the original font is lost and changes to Times New Roman. Is there some change that I can make so that the originak message retains it's font and layout formats? Originally all fonts were set to Arial and this didn't hence my posting the question. I've even repeated the actions using comic sans and still the same thing happens.
