I know there's a way to put New in the Outlook toolbar, that opens OE with
just newsgroups enabled. However, I cannot remember how to do it and I lost
it when I had to reinstall Vista... Anybody know? Thanks.

KMP,
Open Outlook> Right click on the toolbar that you want to add the "News"
button> Select Customize> On the Command tab> Scroll/Select Web> Scroll down
the list to News>Click/Drag the button to the place you want it. This should
start OE in "News Only" mode.
