Outlook 2000 error WAB DLL ...what's this?

I recently transfered my Outlook 2000 from my old computer to my new one.  
When trying to send e-mail I get this:  an error occurred while attempting to
open the windows address book.  Unable to find the WAB DLL.  What's this?

Its because OL2k is not compatible with Vista
OL2003 & 2007 is Vista compatible
