I have 2 profiles set up in Outlook 2003 for two POP email addresses (one for
business & the other personal).  I like keeping my personal & business
contacts and email folders seperate, but would like to use just one calendar
option.***Can I view the same calendar in each profile?***

Thank You!!!!!!

If you open one profile's PST in the other profile, you can see everything
that PST contains in both profiles.

Thanks Brian.  I have been playing around with the PST files.  I don't know
how to open another pst in a different profile.  I was thinking about
combining profiles and using 2 contact folders to keep those separate &
setting rules to manage the different email accounts. (should make it so I
could sync everything with my PDA).

Would appreciate your advice on which would be best & the steps to do so.

Thank you sooooo much!

Open Outlook using one profile.  Click File>Open>Outlook Data File.  Browse
to the PST used by the other profile, select it, and click OK.  You'll now
see both PSTs in the one profile.
