I created a shared mailbox for my boss and me to receive tasks and
requests.  I'm able to add the additional mailbox and view it in my
Outlook client, however, he can't view it in his.  It's added to his
list of mailboxes, but there are no folders or anything when he tries
to view it.

Any suggestions?

We're using Outlook 2003 SP3 and Exchange 2007.

If I remember correctly you have to make sure the permissions are set
on the shared mailbox as well as the Send on Behalf of option has his
name. It has been awhile since I worked with Exchange and it was 2003
not 2007.
