cant send or receive emails

I have transferred all the settings of one of my users to a new workstation
and have set up Outlook (we use office 2007).  All of the contacts are in,
all of the messages up through yesterday are there but when I try to send or
receive I get the reported error (0x800CCCOF) message that the connection to
the server was interrupted.  I have contacted our ISP and the messages are
making it to their mail server but not to this computer.  I have disabled the
firewall there is no antivirus installed yet, I have uninstalled and
reinstalled Office, removed and reinstalled his settings, and nothing works.  
I am in dire need of help.  Please.  Thank you.

Assuming youve checked account settings
Try a new Profile, dont copy origonal
