How can I prevent messages over a certain size of multiple messages with the same subject line from being downloaded from the server? On an Open Outlook page go to top right Help box and type in "Headers"; There's Help verbiage on POP3 and IMAP Folders for Reviewing-Choosing what to Download before doing it.
