Hi, I´m having a problem with the default reply address being used by my
outlook account.
I currently have an exchange account for recieving messages and a pop3
account for sending messages. The problems is that when I reply a message the
default account that appears is the exchange account, even though the default
account in account settings is the pop account.
please help me out to change this .
thanks

Outlook will ALWAYS (and in fact I don't know of any other email client that
does not do this) use the account in which emails are received to send
replies from. Logical when you think about it. AFAIK there is no way to
change this default behaviour. The only workaround is to click on the
"Account" button when in the compose window and manually select the POP
account.
