How can I stop Outlook from asking for ID/password

In setting up alternate Outlook 2007 email address I get congratulatory
message for having been successful, but the system keeps asking for
ID/Password on that address even though I put in correct answers.  On
clicking send/receive the system won't complete the receive on that account
without the proper ID/Password (which I enter).  However, it seems as though
my emails to that address come through automatically.  How can I get rid of
the constant ID/password request box?
