Outlook 2007: Setting lag time before mail message "read"

Anyone know how this is done in Office Outlook 2007? It's ridiculously easy
in Outlook Express (Tools/Options/Read) to set how long you look at a
message before it's marked as "Read" but I sure can't find it in Outlook
2007.
