Is it possible to add my newly created user-defined fields to the map which is used for importing CSV files into contacts? The new fields don't automatically show up as choices in the re-mapping box during imports. Outlook does not support importing custom fields without doing some programming. I was referring to the user fields which I created in Outlook with a view to using them to mirror the custom fields in the source CSV file which in turn came from Quickbooks custom fields. I've now got a clearer picture of the options for user defined fields in Outlook 2007 plus have started configuring BCM user fields.
