I would like to know how can I delete template from msoutlook. I have
created template in msoutlook.

I don't think it's possible to delete a template file from within Outlook.
A template file is external to Outlook.

I have created template as I like in a fill-up system. But Once click that
template by going to Tools, Forms, Choose Form I get a mail window just like
new mail and not
as a fill up form. Why? What to do for this problem?

Forms and templates aren't the same thing.

I'll discuss this with you after you repost your question with a Subject
line compliant with our simple rules.
Imagine a whole newsgroup with subject lines saying: "Please inform" "Please
inform" "Please inform" ..
Please use a short but informational subject.
