I am using outlook 2007 and sorted date wise
Sorting is OK. But I want all folder contents sorted on a single view.

Start Outlook once with the /cleanviews command switch, then modify the
Messages view to sort the way you want all mail folders to appear.  By the
way, the default behavior of the Messages view is to soft by Received
already, but with the newest message at the top.
