unexpected self-creating folder in MS Outlook

I do have problem with unexpected self-creating folder (has no name, but if I
right-click on it I can delete, move etc. the folder with "name": <0w#25> )
in all MS Outlook data folders (I have: My Outlook, My Business, My Personal,
My System).
Whenever I click on one of my data folders and go into any of subfolder
(Incoming, Send items, Search Folders...) of any of my data folders (My
Outlook, My Business, My Personal...) this "no name" folder ( <0w#25> )
creates itself automatically – except I didn’t delete it before -  means if
it is there already there is no creation of another one.
Therefore I have very annoying “no name” folder always presented in major
“root” Outlook data Folders I have created.
HOW TO STOP THIS SELF CREATION !?
Many thanks for any suggestion.
Regards;
Vaso

Version of Outlook?
Can you reproduce it in Outlook Safe Mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe

Which addins do you have installed?

Dear Roady [MVP];
1. It was MS Outlook 2003 (and the same now in 2007! Same problem!)
2. Very good question! Never tried! And the result is positive! It doesn't
appear! What ever task I do (in normal mode self-creation appears
immediately) the folder does not create it self.
3. I have one only: Junk eMail removal tool.
Finally: WHAT TO DO NOW?
Thanks;
Vaso

Did you upgrade from outlook 2003 and are using the profile you made using
Outlook 2003? If so, try a new profile.

Tools,  trust center, addins... what do you have installed?

Dear Roady & Diane;
Thank you very much for helping me.
Resume is like follows.
Installed as tools &/or AddIns:
 - ABBY Fine Reader (v9.0)
 - NOD32 (v3.0)
 - PLAXO (not at the moment, but no matter)
 - Junk Removal Tool (latest ver.)
Further I've followed your instruction dear Roady and as I've said already
in SAFE MODE this no "name folder" (<0w#25>) doesn't appear!
I've tried also dear Diane with fully newtral, original Outlook new profile
(Outlook.pst - which size is 256kB) and the result: bloody folder create it
self immediately after starting Outlook!
Untill now only running in SAFE MODE prohibit this self-creation.
What to do? Do you have solution? Any more idea?
Maybe is this caused by an of installed? ABBY maybe?
Many thanks for helping me.

... now I've tried with a new profile to!
Few seconds after runing Outlook with new profile (created in Control Panel
Mail Applet) the bogous folder appears!
Can't get ridd of it!
Please give me some idea how to solve this.
(as I upgrade from 2003 on2007 I think the problem is in my pst files which
I've used before and simply "transferred" to 2007.)
Thank you.

Does it reappear if you create a new PST and make that PST your delivery
location?
