rules in error

we are using outlook 2002 (office xp) and exchange 2003 sp2

client computer giving this error.

when open the outook
it gives error.

Rules in Error: Rule Server-Requested Client Action. Error
MoveCopy, Unable to create dest. msg.

can you help us

What part of the error is not clear to you? Verify your configured rules and
check them for errors.

I delete all the ms outlook rules.
and restart the outlook its gives same error.

I also have this same problem with a particular users account, even though there are no remaining client-side rules. So aside from checking the obvious, does anyone have any suggestions as to what the issue could be?

I can only assume it is something server-side, but am not sure how it can be tackled.
