Outlook 2007 won't open hangs

Both outlook and word won't open except in safe mode. Outlook also opens in
safe mode 1, not 2 or 3. removed all add ins, scanned pst file. office
diagnostics done. What's next?

If you mean windows safe mode;
Use msconfig to diable all startups, reboot, accept the msg & retest.
If OK its a process of illimination, ie re-enabling startups, a batch at a
time

outlook /safe allows me to open outlook. outlook /safe:1 works but not 2 or 3

Ran Msconfig, didn't help.
Scanned pst file 3 times, no help
disk cleanup - nothing
internet checkup - nada
searched everywhere, tried all of microsoft suggestions,
it just doesn't start except in safe mode.
do i reinstall
did repair from cd numerous times as well

Delete the old profile and rebuilld a new profile.
