synchronise outlook on two computers

I have outlook installed on a laptop (2007) and on a stand alone pc.(2003)
I could upgrade the pc to 2007 if necessary.....
Is it possible to synchronise the two...?  [Journal, calendar etc..]
How is it done, if possible..?

any help appreciated.

There aren't any FAQs.  We assume you can figure out how to use Google
Groups or the web interface's search function.
