When I have my calendar set to today and I go to print preview it does not
show any information under the notes section.  I have added a note to my
appointment and I have added notes inside the appointment itself.  Does
anyone know where this info is pulled from?

Are you in the View called day/week/month with Autopreview or  the view
called day/week/month?  I think the autopreview will show the notes field
for you.

Sorry about that. My view is set to Day/Week/Month.  When you do a print
preview are you able to see any information under the notes column?

I selected the view you suggested but i still do not see any information.  If
you change your calendar setting to just view today and have autopreview
selected and do a print preview I can't get any information in the notes
section.  I can add notes under an appointment but when I do a print preview
nothing appears.

try www.slipctick.com for some Calendar printing tools - there are some word
templates there.
