You can't within outlook; you'll need to make changes to the display
settings in Windows, which will affect all applications.

I have been able to increase the font size of all other settings in the
Compose Box of my MS Outlook 2003 - Window XP Professional by excessing the
View drop box -Current View - Customize View -Other setting. The only fonts,
like I mentioned below is the To; Cc; and Subject line - which I am very sure
can be done - we just need to know the more intimate details of how these
setting is being setup.
