How to insert a hyperlink that forwards the received message

I need to send an email that has a hyperlink that when clicked brings up a
new window with the original content for forwarding. I realise this can be
done by simply pressing the forward button but we need to have a hyperlink in
the email that has the same effect.

You don't get to run scripts in the recipient's e-mail client.
