Rather than using pst files i prefer to move messages from Outlook to my hard drive folders. Usually this works but in some cases the
message portion of the moved email displays blank. Not so useful to be left with only the header!

How can I (a) prevent this from happening and (b) recover the body of  the "blank" messages. Thanks!!

FWIW, that is a bad way to manage mail.

What version of Outlook and Windows? Does it affect all formats?  If you hit
forward, does it display?
