Hi,

I've posted this question yesterday and found that the modified date for my
emails is changing everyday to today my question is how can i stop it and
also how can i change the modified day of all old emails to receiving day
thanks for your help.

Without any information it is hard to give any real indication other than
saying; plain vanilla Outlook doesn't do this so I would start looking at
the addins that you have installed.

Hi Roady,

If you mean installing addin in the outlook nothing i did.

So you have no mail sync software, no virus scanner that integration with
Outlook or any of that?
