:-) creates a smiley face.  What other key strokes create images?

Where do I figure out what other images can be created by a series of key
strokes.

For example :-) creates a smiley face and :-( creates a sad face.

You're talking about emoticons. They aren't related to Outlook at all.

You should be able to Google for a list of emoticons. By going to Google and
simply typing in "list of emoticons" I was able to come up with 10 pages of
hits.

Your best bet to learn more about them is Wikipedia.

Look in Outlook's AutoCorrect configuration.
