i need help getting my ip address back. i called comcast and all they did was
delete my whole page. if you can help please let me know.

You never owned any IP address, so it is not yours to get back. Your
ISP allocates whatever IP they want to you. The exception is if you
PAID extra for a *static* IP address; otherwise, you get a dynamically
allocated IP address from whatever is available from the ISP's pool of
IP addresses.
What does an IP address have to do with a "whole page", whatever that
is?
Please be more vague. Details just get in the way of providing vague

Maybe you should just hijack the ip addy of whomever stole yours.
Or you could get a real isp who offers a static ip.
