You never owned any IP address, so it is not yours to get back. Your ISP allocates whatever IP they want to you. The exception is if you PAID extra for a *static* IP address; otherwise, you get a dynamically allocated IP address from whatever is available from the ISP's pool of IP addresses. What does an IP address have to do with a "whole page", whatever that is? Please be more vague. Details just get in the way of providing vague responses.
