I had trouble getting a particular email to send from Outlook. I copied the
email into a new email message, deleted the problem email from outbox, but
then because I couldn't remember which was the new email and which was the
one I copied it from I hit the "send" button on both emails.
Since then, whenever Outlook automatically send/receive email, it gives the
message "sending message 1 of 1" (which in fact isn't there) and then will
give an error message saying that the (ghost) email cannot be sent.
How do I correct this problem?
Thanks for your help.

Further to email below - I need a solution in easy to understand steps. I'm
not a tech person so find it hard to follow some of the threads.
Thanks
Alison
