Some, but no all of my All Day Events are showing up a day early on the Ipaq.
Using outlook 2003 and Activsync 4.5.  any ideas what to do?  i have hard
reset the ipaq and synced again and still the problem remains.  Is it
something to do with settings on the PC?

Apply the Windows Mobile DST patch to your iPAQ.  Find it in the Windows
Mobile download area on Microsoft's web site.

Yes, post in microsoft.public.pocketpc.activesync - that is where you will find folks who have experience with activesync issues.
