I would like to reduce the size of my outlook file by saving e-mail messages. I am able to do this with the save as feature but it does not include document attachments. How can I do this and at the same time save the attachments? Save as a .msg format.  SignatureMilly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.
