I have a message "stuck" in my out box.  It has been there since November
2007. I have tried to "work offline" and delete the message, but that doesn't
work.  I get the message that the message cannot be opened or deleted.
Outlook has already begun transmitting.  Someone, please help!

Ensure you have outlook set to work offline and that there are no instances of outlook.exe running in task manager.  then try to delete it.

Then you're not offline.
